Gwen celebrates after completing her test this weekend at Blue Mountain

Passed the grueling test to become a Senior Patroller

When she is not busy putting together marketing strategies, crafting messaging, orchestrating trade show preparation or landing articles in major trade press for our clients, Altitude Director of Public Relations Gwen Hoover is an avid skier.

In fact, Gwen has been a ski patroller for 17 years at Bear Creek (formerly Doe Mountain).  This weekend, after training all winter, Gwen achieved the coveted Senior Patroller status.

This daunting challenge involved Gwen negotiating a 50 pound toboggan complete with 250 pound man in it down a steep, mogul-filled trail, jumping out of a chair lift,
